My Message

Hi, my name is Sam Foster and I am a Clinical Midwife and Lactation Consultant working in the Mater Mothers' Hospital Lactation Services.

I'm blessed to spend time in the NICU supporting the Mater Little Miracles and their families. I'm giving my heart to Mater Little Miracles to help give vulnerable and premature babies the best possible start to life and so I will be going "Dry in June and July", so no alcohol in 2 months.  Your support and donations will be a great encouragement πŸ€žπŸŒΈπŸ™

At the Mater Mothers, we care for more than 2000 premature and seriously ill babies every year from across Queensland and beyond.  That's up to 79 babies who will spend the night in our care at Mater's Neonatal Critical Care Unit.

And now more than ever, they need your help.

They urgently need to buy 10 new fetal heart monitoring machines for Mater Mothers' Hospital, to help save the lives of vulnerable and premature babies before they are even born.

Each new machine—including the kit needed to get them up and running—cost $15,800. And they need 10.

Your efforts will help save the lives of vulnerable premature babies, by helping them urgently buy this vital equipment.

Using these new machines could help prevent babies being deprived of oxygen during birth, which can be fatal or cause life-long disabilities.

When you make a donation to Mater Little Miracles today, you'll be helping give vulnerable and premature babies the best possible start to life.

Will you give your heart to Mater Little Miracles today? πŸ™
