We've committed to the 2017 Alice to Darwin Smiddy Challenge. That means in June, we'll be cycling more than 1500 kms through the heart of the Outback.

Why are we taking on this journey?

It’s simple. To raise much-needed funds for cancer research at Mater. 

As part of the Alice to Darwin Smiddy Challenge peloton, we'll use our passion for cycling to raise funds to help fight this devastating disease.

But much like any Smiddy event, it’s a long, hard road to fight cancer … and I need your help.

Every day in Queensland, around 70 people and their families are blindsided by a cancer diagnosis.

That’s almost three people who will hear the words “you have cancer” in the next hour.

Significant investment in life-saving cancer research is the only way we’re going to change these statistics.
